As an AI Application Engineer for the myAZ Agentic Platform, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions within our enterprise ecosystem. Your mission is to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency by seamlessly integrating Moveworks and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that meet AstraZeneca's unique business needs. Dive into hands-on development, chatbot configurations, and automated workflows, all while staying ahead of emerging AI technologies.
Accountabilities:
AI Application Development & Configuration:
Develop and configure AI applications within the Moveworks platform to address specific business use cases and employee experience challenges.
Build and maintain chatbot conversations, workflows, and automated responses using Moveworks Creator Studio and configuration tools.
Implement ServiceNow NowAssist capabilities and integrate AI-powered features within ITSM processes.
Configure Microsoft Copilot integrations and customize AI assistants for enterprise use cases.
Integration & Automation:
Design and implement API integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft and other integration platforms.
Develop automated workflows using n8n, Make, and other workflow automation tools.
Create and maintain data pipelines for knowledge ingestion and AI model training.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions for enterprise knowledge management.
Technical Implementation & Support:
Configure and maintain AI models, including fine-tuning and optimization for enterprise use cases.
Implement A2A (Application-to-Application) integrations and MCP solutions.
Develop custom connectors and extensions for AI platform capabilities.
Support incident resolution and troubleshooting of AI application issues.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
Conduct thorough testing of AI applications, including conversation flows, integrations, and automated processes.
Implement monitoring and alerting for AI application performance and accuracy.
Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
Perform regular maintenance and updates of AI applications and integrations.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with business analysts and collaborators to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with the Platform Systems Administrator on release management and change control processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation for AI applications, integrations, and workflows.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and business teams.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in AI application development, enterprise software development, or related technical role.
Demonstrable experience in implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot configuration, customization, and enterprise deployment.
Knowledge of ServiceNow NowAssist implementation and AI-powered ITSM capabilities.
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, and other AI frameworks.
Experience with Agentic AI concepts and implementation.
Proficiency in API development and integration technologies.
Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns and standard processes.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements for AI applications.
Experience with version control systems and DevOps practices.
Experience with Moveworks platform configuration and development.
ServiceNow platform knowledge, including workflow development and system administration.
Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
